Best Management Practices (BMPs) for fats, oils and grease are essential keys to a preventative program’s overall success.  A few simple daily procedures applied in all facilities producing food both residentially and commercially can make significant differences in avoiding problem causing grease from clogging the facility’s disposal systems and entering the public sewer system.  The procedures are also essential for maintaining compliance with any local FOG regulations.
